1. We are completely dedicated to web design and marketing and are not likely to lower quality and speed of our support because of some non-web related venture.

2. We own several large web traffic generators which require daily maintenance and which are also stable source of revenue. In other words, we won't go out of business because of eventual lack of clients and we are always up to everything that's happening on our web server (where most of our clients' sites are).

3. Zmaj d.o.o. is registered company with plenty of references. We are 100% legal, in every single detail – from the software we use on our machines to materials that we are using in design process, to our responsibilities (therefore rights too) in domestic and international business matters.

4. We are doing regular back of all source files. You will be provided any time with your source files, at no additional cost, if you ever lose them.

5. We aren't sorting out clients and tasks to small and big, to important and non-important. Our support staff gives every task highest priority. All request are reviewed within up to 30 minutes during the working hours.

6. Regular clients are eligible for discount and can purchase services before payment's cleared.

7. We will not let any web site hosted on our server and/or maintained by us go offline because of a late paycheck or any similar issue that can be resolved later. We consider non-stop availability and functionality of our sites the matter of highest importance and we'll treat your sites and projects the same way.
